I went to a women's party called BURN. Burn is a party for women of all orientations, including transgendered, and the event draws many lesbians and bisexual grrls. It's basically a party for women to flirt with other women.

I went with my friend Yulianna, and she was great company. She was very submissive to me the whole night, which is rare for her. She's usually bratty and flippant, and needs to be put in her place. I spent the whole night bossing her around and doing mean stuff to her, including tying her up and setting her on fire....separately, as fire and hemp rope don't mix well. The music was wonderful, the type of trance-techno we LUV, so we got tipsy and danced our asses off, after we played. Alcohol and BDSM do not mix at all.

Yulianna commented to me that my dancing has improved vastly since she first met me about 7 years ago. I was so happy to hear that. I've always been a good dancer, but she says now I'm a GREAT dancer. Not great like dancing in competitions, but like one of the best dancers in the bar. I think hip replacements has made the biggest dancer, and bellydancing has helped me move more fluidly. As always, I danced too much and suffered for it the next day. It's OK, it was worth it. Some things are worth the pain that comes later. When I'm dancing, I get to express myself artistically, and it makes me feel like a moving piece of art.

You can tell I take a lot of pride in my dancing. It means so much to me, to be able to use my body in a creative manner. Before the arthritis, I was constantly in motion, striving to express myself in physical ways. I miss that. It's good to be able to recapture that, even for a few moments.

Ever hear the phrase "Dance like no one is watching?" I never got that. I dance better when I have an audience, and an atmosphere. There's something about the dim lighting, a DJ playing techno, and a crowd full of cute women that brings out the performer in me.
This is my footer.
Zephyrhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13020297752831113924noreply@blogger.com1
